Two berth Sterling Eccles Topaz 2015 in very good condition, two single beds in front lounge make up into a large double, kitchen has microwave, full oven, grill and four hobs, one electric, good size fridge with freezer section, ample power points plus tv aerial sockets.
Alde heating system complete with hot & cold water system. Bathroom has electric flushing toilet, basin and shower enclosure. Good sized wardrobe. There is a solar panel on roof for keeping the battery charged. Removable carpets are included.
We have included the following, 40 litre cold water aquaroll, a waste tank, two bottles of gas, (not sure how much left in them) wheel lock and hitch lock, 25m electric lead, extra tv aerial lead. We have also included a sun canopy. Other extras will be sold with the van as we are no longer able to to tow due to health and age reasons. So all in all it will be sold ready to use on site. We have some service history (last service February 2024) and all appropriate instruction booklets, the van is CRIS registered and can be upgraded to forensic cover.
