HISTORY

We are reluctantly selling our caravan, which we have looked after well from new, due to health reasons. It has mainly been sited on seasonal sites and is a smoke and pet free environment. 

INTERIOR

It is a really well set out spacious caravan including the added advantage of a dinette unit with moveable table opposite the 3 ring gas hob, cooker, grill and sink, making dishing up and clearing up much easier for the chef. There is also an integral microwave and fridge with freezer compartment plus shelf and cupboard storage in the kitchen area.

The lounge area also has a pull out table above the floor storage space which can be combined with an additional table which will seat six comfortably, plus the dinette seating, and two long seating units which can be converted into a double bed. The other double bed forms when the dinette seating is converted. The layout has been well designed with space  to relax, eat and socialise at the same time; the awning also gives a large social area protected from the weather when necessary!

A panoramic window has a usb port, tv port and 3 pin socket underneath. 
The sleeping areas can be curtained off for extra privacy when needed and the fixed bed at the rear can be screened.

Above the door is the swift control unit which can be controlled manually or from your phone. The appliances such as the digital radio and stereo system, air and water temperature, lights, and fridge can be controlled here. There is also the Truma boiler control and carbon monoxide alarm here.

There is plenty of storage space, including two wardrobes, one of which contains a directional tv aerial and the second collapsible table.

The living space can be divided by a screen behind which is the bathroom and fixed bed bedroom. The bathroom has a Thetford electric flush cassette toilet with a good sized shower with a screen door and wash basin, a shelving unit and under basin cupboard and vanity mirror.

The fixed double bed has storage and courtesy shelving above with reading lights and additional plug socket.

Included in the sale is a full size all weather Kampa air awning with curtains, breathable carpets, skirt, wheel cover and electric pump, a water hog, waste master and two gas bottles. a satellite dish and satellite finder. Also three wheel locks.
