In perfect working order, very good condition and well looked after/maintained. Upholstery very good condition. Carpets hardly used. Had new heat pump recently. Perfectly adaptable to lots of sleeping situations, can leave the bunk beds down or put them up - we tend to leave them up all the time no problems.
