Swift Challenger 645 2017 touring caravan for sale

For sale our lovely 2017 Swift Challenger 645 Alde Lux caravan. The caravan is fitted with a Powrtouch auto engage twin axle motor mover and AL-KO trailer control safety system (ATC). 
The caravan features a front seating area which converts into a double bed with a wall mounted television (I will be providing the television). A JVC stereo radio fitted into an overhead locker with roof mounted twin speakers. 
A central kitchen area with a gas oven and grill although one hob is electric, a fitted overhead microwave oven, a full size Dometic fridge/freezer and an illuminated kitchen splash back. 
The rear bedroom features a large transverse island bed which has a slide away end that provides extra daytime floor space. Under the bed is a large storage area that can also be accessed from an outside locker. Above the bed are two storage lockers with lighting and either side of the bed wardrobe/storage lockers where the Alde heating system can be accessed. There is also a mirrored vanity unit together with spotlights and another television point. 
The full width end bathroom consists of a Thetford flush toilet, vanity sink and mirror with cupboard and overhead spotlights with a full size shower unit with separate lighting. 
The caravan is fitted with a solar panel, key fob operated alarm and full carpet set. As the caravan has the Lux pack it has an external barbecue point, external 230v socket and an external service door. The water system and pump are provided by Truma
With the sale I am providing a Kampa Ace Air 400 inflatable awning with wheel skirt, awning carpet and curtains. Two 40 litre Auqaroll water barrels and a waste water container together with the necessary flexible plastic piping. A gas bottle, a hitch lock and hitch cover.                            
I have many other accessories the prices of which can be negotiated. 
I have owned the caravan since new and it has been serviced each year other than when the pandemic prevented it. It is in lovely condition both inside and out and is regularly cleaned and washed. I have all the original handbooks and the caravan is CRIS registered in my name. I keep the caravan at home so viewing can easily be arranged. The caravan is located in Durham.
