Xplore 574 2014 touring caravan for sale

Everything you need to start caravanning! This Xplore 574 has fixed single beds, with sofas that convert to a roomy double bed. Ideal for couples or families. All round good condition, with FSH. Tyres replaced 2022, leisure battery replaced August 2024. 2 gas cylinders (1 full, 1 over 1/2 full). 

Being sold on behalf of my parents who have finally reached the age to give up caravanning. All the accessories needed will stay and re includes in the price, including waste and clean water carriers, roller handle, hose, Whale water pump,  outside step, electric cables, feet plates and extenders, hitch lock, wheel clamp (x2), TV., front travel cover. Unless not wanted, all plastic crockery (plates, bowls, mugs, cups etc), cutlery, utensils, pans, will also be included. Fitted sheets for the two single beds. 

Also included is a full-size Camptech Savanna awning with all poles, pegs, storm straps and floor mat.

The Xplore has been Elddis's budget brand for many years. This still has all the kit of the more expensive models, without the price tag. There are a couple of places where this caravan is beginning to show its age, but it's has not had the regular use of many vans of the same age and remains in overall good condition. Everything works, nothing leaks! 

It is in secure storage in Lincs, with fairly strict rules around visitors to the storage, so viewing is strictly by appointment only.
